1. Product Description: At The South Boutique, we take pride in offering a collection of vibrant and colorful Andean Artisans items. Each item is meticulously handcrafted using 100% sheep wool, Alpaca Fiber and natural dyes. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and pattern may occur, making each piece truly unique.

2. Ordering Process: To place an order, simply browse through our selection of Andean Products and add your desired items to the cart. Once you have completed your selection, proceed to the checkout page where you will be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. Please ensure that all details are accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order.

3. Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely to protect your personal information. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

4. Shipping: We currently offer domestic shipping. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

We will be offering international shipping soon, for more information please send us an email. 

*Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer*

5. Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Andean products, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with returns or exchanges, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.
